Cindy has 25+ years in the advertising industry. Cindy started as a media assistant in Santa Barbara after graduating from UCSB. She later moved back home to the SF Bay Area to work at J.Walter Thompson. After becoming a senior media buyer, she left to go to TBWA Chiat-Day to become the SF Office Broadcast Supervisor. Then, during the dot.com boom, she parlayed her vast expericene and created a media buying department for Arnold Ingalls Moranville, who became Arnold and later MPG. As Associate Media Director at MPG she worked on multiple categories and also in the strategic planning of accounts. As fun and exciting as it was, Cindy enjoys working directly with clients, on a one-on-one basis without all of the red tape found at large agencies. She has a B.A in communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She served on the board of Bay Area Star, and acted as Vice President. She currently serves on the Board of the Directors for Valley Montessori School.
Greta has 25+ years in the advertising industry. She started her career in Radio sales and promotions before transitioning to the agency side as a Media Buyer in Southern California. Greta then moved to Young & Rubicam, in Dallas, where she was the Media Supervisor for the Southwest Region of the US, working exclusively on Lincoln Mercury. The television side of the industry was calling and she made a shift to National Sales, working for TeleRep and then off to sales management for television stations, including National Sales Manager in Denver (KMGH), Local Sales Manager in Atlanta (WGCL) and General Sales Manager, for 4 stations, in Monterey Bay. She has a B.A in Advertising from the University of Oklahoma. Greta’s professional joy and fulfillment come from seeing clients get results and ROI on their advertising investment. Greta serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County and is the Board Chair for the Marketing Committee.

Scott has over 25 years of well-rounded experience in all aspects of marketing, sales, operations, finance, treasury, procurement, human resources, product development, and strategic planning. Scott was a licensed investment banking representative as a member of Ascend Strategic Partners, LLC for the past seven years. During that time he helped advise business owners on M&A transactions including the sale of Creditreport.com (Mighty Net) to Experian for $207.5 million. He is also a founding partner of LegalShore LLC, a successful SaaS (Software as a Service) company offering web-based employee compliance products to small and mid-size businesses. Prior to this, Scott held the position of Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Human Resources and Procurement for a $100 million high growth privately-held plastics manufacturer. Previously, Scott spent five years as the Financial / Administrative Manager for Reynolds Metals, an aluminum can manufacturer. Scott has a B.A in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Debi has been in the media industry for 25+ years. Debi’s work began in Los Angeles at Daily & Associates and then to Saatchi & Saatchi as a Radio Supervisor. She moved to Houston still with Saatchi, to build and oversee a media buying department. Missing California Debi moved to Sacramento and has worked with many of the top agencies. Wanting to work closer with clients, she began a successful media business both as a consultant for other agencies along with her own clients. She also worked at Media Solutions where she was in charge of the media buying department. She has an associate degree in marketing from Berkeley College, Woodland Park, New Jersey. While Debi enjoys being a mentor to new people getting into the business, four legged friends are her passion.
Senior Media Manager
Evon has 15+ years in the advertising industry. Evon spent several years of her career with the in-house media buying agency for Sleep Train Inc. where she managed multiple brands within the organization. During that time, she played an integral role in developing annual marketing plans, executing media buys and other consumer outreach programs. Looking to expand her knowledge of the industry from the other side, Evon made a move to Hearst Television and Digital Sacramento where she sold multiple television stations in addition to Hearst’s digital portfolio. Evon has a B.S. in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.

Anna has spent over 16 years working as a media professional in San Francisco. Her experience stems from a strong sales background with several broadcasting groups such as CBS and Susquehanna and 8 years of managing advertising sales departments as Local Sales Manager, General Sales Manager and then Director of Sales for Clear Channel radio stations. This balance has instilled a well rounded knowledge in developing, fulfilling and negotiating media broadcast campaigns in a broad range of industries. Anna has a vast understanding of various media formats, sports marketing and event marketing. She has leveraged that experience and her long term relationships in the market to help her clients create effective marketing campaigns and strategies. Anna is a graduate of UCLA and is a Bay Area native who grew up in San Francisco.
Jen is a 15 year veteran of the media industry having spent time on both sides of the advertising negotiating table. Buying traditional media for large clients such as Sprint PCS and General Motors as well as securing top tier partners in Gatorade and ConocoPhillips for Fox Sports and the Golden State Warriors. With experience working on each level of execution – local, regional and national, and in the TV, radio and Sports Sponsorship mediums, she knows first-hand that a blanket approach does not work in today’s fragmented landscape. “I love putting together smart, custom plans for advertisers and seeing them through to the very last detail to produce the best results”. Jen earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and her Master’s degree at De Paul University, Chicago.
Carrie is an experienced Broadcast Negotiator with an extensive background with local and national clients. She has worked on major brands in large agencies, has expertise in negotiations, and brings innovative marketing ideas to our clients. She is well respected and has long time media vendor relationships in San Francisco Bay Area market.
Digital Media Expert
Clarissa has 15 years digital media experience helping clients grow and develop their digital marketing and advertising programs. She has worked for several media and technology companies and knows first-hand what works and doesn’t work for clients and how to negotiate the best rate. Clarissa began her career in marketing for Responsys, a privately held email software company and later became more involved in helping clients both as the Director of Internet Sales at Clear Channel and the Advanced Media Sales Manager at Comcast Spotlight. In these roles, Clarissa has worked with clients helping them understand how to navigate through social/emerging media, search, SEO, display/video, email and mobile opportunities. Some of her past key clients include Comcast, Doctors without Borders, Destino Spa, Foxx Racing, Nor Cal Toyota, PG&E, Directory of Schools, Metro PCS, The Shane Company, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Lands’ End.
